Energy Passport

Your Home Energy Passport consists of a home survey where we capture details about the construction of your home, your current heating system, and outside space using a pioneering approach to calculating your home’s heat loss thereby creating your Home Energy Passport.

We commission a computer model bespoke to your home on your behalf, allowing us to forecast your heat and energy demands. We scan the inside of your home using 3D imaging technology to map dimensions and identify radiators accurately. We combine this model with historical satellite weather data and energy usage patterns to plan your renewable energy project.

How it works

An agent from our 3D scanning partner in your area will call you to arrange a visit. The scanning process should take 45 minutes or less to complete.

Our software will convert the digital scan into a floor plan of your property, together with details of internal doors, windows, and radiators.

Armed with this information we will produce a detailed quote for your project

One of our team members will then phone to discuss your estimate and the next steps.

On completion of your Home Energy Passport, we will create a bespoke heating plan for your home. Your estimate will include recommendations and details about your heat pump, solar PV, and battery.
